Was good, very hard(So no good while falling) & BEAUTIFUL!!!!
Sticking to 160
My body is really likening 160 right now. I’m good with that as long as I don’t lose muscle or gain fat.
This month started out 159 then Super Bowl came which was the start of a week of eating badly. Then my period came ate well then but was bloated. Now I’m getting back to eating well.:oD yay ran/Snowboarded or climbed almost everyday for a few weeks :oD trying to keep it up!
