Hurt my shoulder yesterday, so waiting a day to snowboard.
Thinking about running later today when my shoulder feels a little better. Maybe some weight training x-ing out the arm/shoulder/back workouts.

Good progress
Day two on my healthy eating!
Going smoother than the last time I started eating health back in September(? maybe a month earlier). I’m trying to eat six meals a day changing the amount of calories depending on how much I do in a day. Yesterday went pretty well. I spaced everything out evenly and it worked pretty well.
