Hurt my shoulder yesterday, so waiting a day to snowboard. Thinking about running later today when my shoulder feels a little better. Day two on my healthy eating! Going smoother than the last time I started eating health back in September(? maybe a month earlier). I’m trying to eat six meals a day changing the amount of calories depending on how much I do in a day. Yesterday went pretty well. I spaced everything out evenly and it worked pretty well. Planning my meals for the days! Can’t wait. Veggies will be my BFFs this winter. Tomorrow I’m hoping to find time to make some homemade protein bars.
