This summer, it’s been pretty hard everyday except the past two days (I chilled).
Today was okay, not the hardest; I rode about 8 miles lazy like this morning, ran for about 20 minutes outside (didn’t time but wow it’s different running outside opposed to an indoor track), and did the 30 day shred video.
The hikes I’ve been going on have been kicking my butt! I’m trying to make a routine but I don’t think that is possible with hikes and all (weather, other peoples schedules) so I’ll just run outside and do workout videos when no one can hike.
My food situation…isn’t soo good. I’m making more healthy choices but I don’t know if I’m eating enough or too much. I eat a bunch of veggies but I’m use to eating food that is high in calories and all…so veggies are low and fill you up faster. So I really hope I’m eating enough. I don’t want my body going in starvation mode. So not helpful or healthy.
I feel good…so I think if I didn’t eat enough that would be different.
