Five foot Five Inches
22 Years Old
Currently I weigh 170 (162 EOJanuary) and use to be around +180 last April. Started eating healthy at the end of summer and got down to 154 but then midterms came and being healthy seemed not as important as getting an A (I also started a really different diet around that time which killed my eating healthy streak).
My goal is to lose about 4-5 pounds each month (Almost a pound a week) until I reach 120 (best for my height). I almost don't want to put a number cause I'll stop losing weight whenever I feel the most fit. Then I'll start working on eating enough to maintain and find the right way to eat for the rest of my life :o)
